Established in 1996 by CEO David "Squeeze" Annakie, LinkUp Media Inc. is an all-inclusive Caribbean media company, located in the heart of the Bronx. Having been in operations for over nine years, LinkUp Media has continued to consistently provide the very best in information and entertainment on radio, television and the Internet across the Tri-State area, Connecticut, South Florida, London, Jamaica, and beyond.

The company consists of subsidiaries LinkUp Radio, Plush TV, and the newly acclaimed Jamrock Magazine. LinkUp Media is also known for hosting weekly events such as Jiggy Fridays, and puts on a number of concerts namely: Vintage Fest, The Westchester Reggae Fest and the most recent Gospel Fest.

David Annakie recognized the need to provide "Quality Caribbean Entertainment" in New York, and conceptualized and started LinkUp Radio, broadcasting on WRTN 93.5FM, blazing the latest hits and remixes through the airwaves. He took his innovation several steps ahead of the competition with the radio phenomena "The International Link", linking four radio stations into one program. LinkUp Radio also provides the community with updates and advice on Immigration, health and financial issues, through the very popular Community Forum.

The company took another giant step forward with the launch of PLUSH Television . This exciting television station produces a host of programs, which offers the perfect blend of music videos, exclusive interviews, footage from local and international events, and the informative "PLUSH Community Forum", facilitating discussions on immigration, health and finances issues.
